Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation in the amount of $19,931.00 utilizing Year 19 (2006) funds for engineering services for Water/Sewer Improvements project on Oblate Street and downtown alleyways in the City of San Juan.
BACKGROUND
R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation has submitted a best and final offer for the engineering services required for Water/Sewer Improvements on Oblate Street and downtown alleyways in the City of San Juan. R.Gutierrez Engineering Corporation was the highest rated firm by Commissioners' Court on December 30th 2010. Contract approval in the amount of $19,931.00 is being requested. Funds from FY 19 & 21 (2006 & 2008) will be used for all project costs including professional service fees and construction. See attached scope of services.
