BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 on behalf of the City of Edcouch is requesting approval of a Construction Contract with Saenz Utility for the installation of an 8-inch water line from Bower Street across HWY 107. The construction contract shall be in the amount of $31,635.00. The City of Edcouch and Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court declared the project an emergency. See the attached quote received and recommendation for approval by the City of Edcouch.
