Presentation for dicussion, consideration, and action to select an architect/firm (score, grade, and evaluate at least three firms) utilizing the County's approved "Pool" of Architects in connection with the design and construction of additional office space at the K-Mart Site for the purpose of housing various County departments including, but not limited to:
1. Hidalgo County Commissioner's Court
2. Hidalgo County Judge's Office
3. Hidalgo County Human Resources Department
4. Hidalgo County Information Tecnologies (support offices)
5. Other County Departments; or, in the alternative,
B. Authority to advertise a project specific Request for Quaifications for the design and construction of additional office space on Kmart Building site to accommodate the various County departments detailed above.
