BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program is requesting authorization to submit the Urban County Program One Year Annual Action Plan for Program Year 24 (2011-2012) as amended to reflect the actual Program Year Allocation. The Annual Action Plan for Year 24 (2011-2012) proposes an overall estimated budget of $10,630,979.00.
