Requesting approval to accept the attached FY2012 Multi-year Discretionary Grant award in the amount of $243,033.57 from the Texas Indigent Defense Commission, for the period of 10/1/2011 TO 09/30/2012. “The Statement of Grant Award was duly executed by Judge Fred Garza, Authorized Official in accordance with the 2012 Hidalgo County Resolution Indigent Defense Discretionary Grant Program dated February 22, 2011. Therefore, due to a time-sensitive deadline, the grant award has already been sent to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission.”
