BACKGROUND
Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing Services for the Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements for the construction of parking lot areas at the Progreso Municipal park, in Progreso Texas. Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the highest rated firm by Commissioners' Court. Contract approval in the amount of $9,929.50 is being requested. See attached scope of services and best and final offer letter.
