BACKGROUND
Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for the required professional
engineering services for Water/Sewer Improvements to Standard, Lincoln, Nebraska, and 8th–10th Street in the City of San Juan, Texas. Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc. was the highest rated firm by Commissioners' Court on October 11th 2011. Contract approval in the amount of $23,082.45 is being requested. See attached scope of services.
