Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of Elsa, is requesting authority to purchase Fire Station/Equipment (bunker gear) for the Elsa Volunteer Fire Department. Purchase will be made from Casco Industries, Inc. (contract #363-10) an approved vendor through Hidalgo County’s membership and participation with Buyboard. The total amount for the purchase is $24,904.75 (quote attached), as requested by the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 for the Elsa Volunteer Fire Department utilizing UCP FY 24 (2011) Pct. 1 Fire Station/Equipment line item.
