Consideration and approval to:
1.  Increase the number of calendar days allotted in the Pct. 1 Catarina Subdivision Street and Drainage Improvements Project Construction Service Contract awarded to SASCON, Inc. by sixty (60) days for a total of 150 days, through a Change Order Request,
2.  Submit Construction Contract Change Order No. 2 to the General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 10-5066-000-5043 (formerly TDRA DRS010068), regarding the Pct. 1 Catarina Subdivision Street & Drainage Improvements Project. 
3.  Authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with Change Orders and/or Amendments pertaining to GLO Contract No. 10-5066-000-5043.

BACKGROUND

The requested time extension is due to delays associated with requests by the Irrigation District regarding the re-grading of the drainage ditch and issues related to the Contractor and Sub-Consultant agreement procedure. Please see attached letter from the project engineer, SAMES Engineering, and change order request data.
