a. Requesting authority to surplus approximatly 39,000 CY of FILL DIRT (Loose) as calculated by R. Gutierrez Engineering Corporation to be excavated between Minnesota Road and Owassa Road and between Raul Longoria Road and Cesar Chavez Road as identified on attached map; for the purposes of disposition through sealed bids (for sale or exchange) in connection with the "Precinct No. 2 Minnesota Drainage Improvements Project" #2012-177-OGG;
b. Requesting authority to advertise and approval of procurement packet (i.e. legal notice, specifications and draft requirements agreement) as attached hereto for the: "Sale or Exchange, Removal and Hauling of Top Soil & Fill Dirt to be Excavated" as described in section (A) in connection with the "Precinct No. 2 Drainage Improvements" project #2012-177-OGG.
BACKGROUND
Proposed project is to receive bids for the removal of soil as outlined on "Exhibit A" for Precinct NO. 2 Drainage Improvements Project.
