Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding audit reports submitted by the Emergency Services District No. 3.

Health and Safety Code Section 775.082(b) states that a district shall prepare and file, with the Commissioners Court of each county that contains any part of the district on or before June 1 of each year, an audit report of the district's fiscal accounts and records.  Section 775.082(d) states the Commissioners Court, on application made to the Commissioners Court by the District, may extend up to an additional 30 days the deadline for filing the audit report.  The County Auditor's Office requested that ESD #1, 2, 3, & 4 submit a copy of their audit reports.

Emergency Services District #3 submitted audit reports for years 2006-2010.
