Urban County Program, on behalf of the City of Hidalgo, is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with EGV Architects, Inc. in the amount of $56,100.00, utilizing Year 23 (2010) funds for standard architectural services for the non-residential historical preservation of the old Hidalgo County courthouse in Hidalgo, Texas.

EGV Architects, Inc. has submitted a best and final offer for the required professional
architectural services for the non-residential historical preservation of the old Hidalgo County courthouse in Hidalgo, Texas. EGV Architects, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on June 12th 2012. Contract approval in the amount of $56,100.00 is being requested for architectural services. See attached letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
