Recommendation to formally reject all bids received (see tabulation sheet attached herein) for Hidalgo County "Construction of New Constable Precinct No. 1 Offices -Parking Lot and Off-Site Drainage RFB No. 2012-028A-05-09-MSS in as much as no action was taken on July 10th and Commissioners' Court decided that project will be done through assistance from Pcts. 3 & 4 in addition open bids expire today (8-7-12).
BACKGROUND
On July 10th Commissioners' Court took no action for this item. As noted in the July 10 th agenda minutes, there was a commitment by Commissioner Palacios, Precinct No. 4 and Commissioner Flores, Precinct No. 3 to assist Commissioner Quintanilla, on this project with the exception of Curb and Gutter.
