Approval of Disclosure and Acquisition Update Reports for all Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA) Grants.
BACKGROUND
A Disclosure Update Report is due after construction project has been awarded. Acquisition Reports are due prior to start of construction even if no property will be acquired. Both reports need to be updated to demonstrate compliance with TDHCA/ORCA requirements.
