BACKGROUND
The three architectural firms rated from the county’s approved “pool” are: (1) Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc., (2) GIGNAC Associates, and (3) Gomez Mendez Saenz, Inc. for the City of Weslaco Public Facility Improvements project (library) which consists of reconstruction and expansion of bathroom facility at the public library to meet ADA compliance.
