BACKGROUND
The three architectural firms rated from the county’s approved “pool” are: (1) Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc., (2) IDE*A Group, LLC., and (3) Mata-Garcia Architects, LLC. The City of Peñitas Parks, Recreational Facilities project consists of the construction of approximately 10 paved parking lot spaces, installation of a sprinkler system, installation of fencing, purchase and installation of lighting, construction and installation of signage, purchase and installation of flagpoles, park benches, guard railings, landscaping, electrical, park equipment, and a splash pad at Penitas Memorial Park.
