Presentation of the scoring grid for the purpose of ranking by Commissioner’s Court of at least three (3) architectural firms from the county’s approved “pool” as graded and evaluated by the City of Peñitas, Urban County Program, and Hidalgo County Purchasing Department, in connection with and funded through Hidalgo County Urban County Program Year 25 (2012) City of Peñitas Public Facility Improvements.

The three architectural firms rated from the county’s approved “pool” are: (1) Alcocer Garcia Associates, Inc., (2) IDE*A Group, LLC., and (3) Mata-Garcia Architects, LLC. The projects will be handled separately and separate offers will be submitted per project. The City of Peñitas Public Facility Improvements Project consists of the re-construction of front entrance doors for ADA Compliance.
