This agenda item was previously approved on CC 12/28/12 AI#35982, however, pursuant to the Commissioners Court legal counsel, budget adjustements to the 2013 budget cannot be approved prior to Jan 1, 2013. Therefore this item is being submitted for re-approval in the proper year.
