Presentation for discussion, consideration and action, including, but not limited to, the following:

A.  Current Administration Building located 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Texas:
      a)     Selection of a least three (3) architects or engineers (firms) from the County's approved "Pools" (for the purposes of grading, scoring, evaluating for ranking) to provide  the applicable architectural and/or engineering services for assessment and/or feasibility studies of the available space for  the purpose of renovations/remodeling the building to house Hidalgo County elected officials/offices, departments, agencies and/or programs:

B.    "Old County Jail & Restitution Center" located at 207 E. Loeb:
        a) Selection of a least three (3) engineers/firms from the County's approved "Pools" (for the purposes of grading, scoring, evaluating for ranking) to provide engineering services for environmental, structural and/or assessment studies to determined budgetary impact and feasibility of  repairing, renovating, remodeling or demolition of the building;

C.   Sub-stations for Hidalgo County (Sheriff's Office)in Precincts 1 and/or 3:
         Determination by Commissioners Court to request presentations (at CC of 5-8-07)by the six (6) firms responding to Hidalgo County's project specific Request for Qualifications for architectural services in connection with the design and construction of sub-stations in the Precincts 1 and/or 3 areas.  RFQ contains initial scoring criteria of  a possible one-hundred (100) points with an additional  ten (10) points for presentations (if requested by CC).
