BACKGROUND
As stated in the "Sole Source Declaration", The Productivity Center (TCLEDDS) was selected by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement to design, develop and serve as sole source provider of this application thus allowing the design of the Web Application to serve state and local government agencies.
