Request approval to declare and dispose of surplus property and clear inventory of missing property.
BACKGROUND
Exhibit A: The Urban County Program request approval to dispose of surplus property, which include old and outdated computers, printers, and typewriters. Assets are inoperable and will be transferred to the County’s Surplus.
Exhibit B: In October 2012, the Urban County Program conducted a physical inventory and discovered that various assets were unable to be located. Therefore, we request approval to remove these fixed assets from the UCP inventory. Assets on this list are missing, transferred to surplus, or otherwise are unable to be located.
