BACKGROUND
Raba Kistner Consultants submitted a best and final offer for construction material testing services for the Street Improvements project in the City of Progreso. Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $11,292.60. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
