Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval for Hidalgo County to exercise it's last option to renew and extend an additional one (1) year (as permitted by the current agreement with an amendment approved by CC on 5-24-05) including acceptance of the required Animal Emergency Disaster Plan to be incorporated into the final second amended agreement with all other rates, terms and conditions  remaining the same.
