BACKGROUND
Citizen Participation requirements dictate that the County hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments on the contents of it’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report prior to it’s submission to HUD.
The Urban County Program published the public notice of the CAPER completion and the fifteen (15) day public comment period from August 30, 2013 thru September 16, 2013.
