BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force agrees to reimburse the Texas Alcohol & Beverage Commission (TABC) for overtime worked exclusively on HIDTA cases by the TABC agents currently assigned to the HIDTA Task Force.
The Memorandum of Understanding has been reviewed and approved by the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office.
