LeFevre Engineering & Management Consulting, LLC submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a street improvements project (Old La Blanca Road from Mile 9 to Mile 10) within Precinct No.1. LeFevre Engineering & Management Consulting, LLC was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
