BACKGROUND
Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services which includes design topography, surveying and plans/specifications for a Water/Sewer Improvements project within the City of Alamo. Quintanilla, Headley and Associates, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
