BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on February 11, 2014 & March 18, 2014. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, April 30, 2014.
