Whereas, Sullivan City and the County now desire to amend the Interlocal Agreement as hereinafter provided due to theextension at the city limits of Sullivan City.
The term of this Agreement shall begin as of the date of the last Party's execution of this Agreement and continue
for one hundred twenty (120) days unless otherwise terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
