Approval to issue check payable to Texas Department of Transportation Trust Fund in the amount of $150,800.00 to cover County's estimated share of preliminary engineering and Right of Way Direct State Costs associated with 10th Street Extension project and with the County Treasurer to issue check after review and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.
