Grant will be administered by the Texas Homeland Security State Administrative Agency (THSSAA). The period of performance is 02/01/2015 - 08/31/2015. The proposed budget includes overtime, FICA, retirement, unemployment compensation and workers compensation, mileage reimbursement and operational expenses.
