BACKGROUND
The second edition of the Hidalgo County (Purchasing Department) 2015 Fixed Asset Policy & Procedures Manual is an update of the 2014 Fixed Asset Policy & Procedures Manual approved by County Commissioners' Court on August 25, 2014. The revisions and updates have been processed in accordance with the County Auditor's Office recommendations, and in compliance with the 2013 Independent Auditors (Burton McCumber and Cortez) report observations and recommendations.
