Requesting approval of Budget Modification #1 to the Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA) for the 2006 Colonia EDAP Grant #726155 for the Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project for Colonia La Palma in Pct. #1.
BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting approval of Budget Modification # 1 to the ORCA 2006 Colonia EDAP Grant # 726155 for the transfer of $2,400 from Line Item 17b Rehabilitation of Private Property to Line Item 1b Sewer Facilities.
The transfer is necessary due to the actual bid for Line Item 17b being $26,600 instead of $29,000 with funds from ORCA. The difference of $2,400 will be paid with matching funds from the City of Weslaco. Therefore, we need to transfer the difference between the ORCA line item activities.
