Discussion, consideration and possible action pertaining to a Homebuyer Assistance Program applicant, Mr. Joe L. Salazar.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Joe L. Salazar has been in contact with the Urban County Program - HOME Division since May 2006 in reference to obtaining a Homebuyer Assistance grant in order to purchase a home. The UCP received and reviewed loan documentation in February 2007 but unfortunately was unable to approve the funding due to an excessive debt to income ratio as stated in the HOME - Homebuyer Assistance Program guidelines.
