Request approval to declare and dispose of surplus property and clear inventory of missing property listed on Exhibit "A".

A physical inventory was conducted at the Urban County Program premises and discovered that various assets were inoperable, unable to be located, and/or obsolete. The Urban County Program wishes to have the surplus assets listed on Exhibit "A" declared surplus and removed from the UCP inventory list. These assets have exceeded their useful life and will be transferred to County's surplus. Also, we request approval to remove the un-located assets listed on Exhibit "A" from UCP Inventory. These assets are missing, previously transferred to County surplus or otherwise are unable to be located.
