The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Palmview is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Professional Appraisal Review Services with HLH Appraisal Services in the amount of $1,800.00 utilizing CDBG FY 26 (2013) Street Improvement funds for La Homa Road/ Bridge Project.
BACKGROUND
On August 4, 2015, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with HLH Appraisal Services for Professional Appraisal Review Services. The contract was reviewed and approved by legal counsel on 09/2/2015. Please note that the number of parcels within this project may change and is contingent upon any further changes to project scope. See attached contract and certificate of liability insurance.
