Request authorization to remove the following assets from Safety Division inventory items cannot be located and possess no value in attached schedule:

The items were procured prior to the formation of the Safety Division under the Department Risk Management which was disbanded in 2005 to create the Office of Emergency Management, The Safety Division and Workers Compensation (now Employee Benefits). The items were administratively assigned by Fixed Assets to the Safety Division. Through the inventory process and the department’s yearly inventory inspections, the following items have not been located. The department has repeatedly asked to remove the assets from their inventory.  It is determined that the items are un-located due to having been purchased for another department and/or purchased by previous administration.
