Discussion and approval of the Economic Development Program Agreement between the County of Hidalgo and Valley Initiative for Development and Advancement (VIDA).
BACKGROUND
Request for funding in two different amounts:
(A. $124,666.68 OR B. $83,499.68 - 8 MONTHS) pending court approval.
Agreement term is from May 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.
Agreement A will keep the monthly contribution rate same as current level; $15,583.34 a month. Total $124,666.68
Agreement A will require additional funds in the amount of $41,164.96
Agreement B will reduce monthly contribution rate to $10,437.46 a month. Total $83,499.68
