Colonia Access Program:
Discussion and possible action for approval of Funding Agreement for Border Colonia Access Program Amendment No. 10, Third Call for the following:
1.) The Amendment will approve the transfer of funds previously awarded to Hidalgo County for use on alternative eligible County colonia projects and authorizes the use of available funds to cover excess costs on certain projects;
2.) Possible approval of extension (date to be determined).
