Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of Amendment One (Lease of State of Texas Registration and Title System (RTS) Information Resources and Support) to agreement for the use of State of Texas Automation Equipment. The agreement between the County of Hidalgo and the State of Texas Registration and Title System amendment to reflect additional equipment at subcontractor BridgePoint Insurance in McAllen and Mission, Texas, thus bringing the current total to 26 (WebAgent Sub-Contractors), 10 (WebDealers), and 16 leased RTS systems.
BACKGROUND
The Full Service Deputy leases from County all receipt printing equipment (Point of Sale Workstation) and supplies, needed for issuance to the public by the Full Service Deputy vehicle registration renewals and title transfers. BridgePoint Insurance is currently leasing six (6) workstations each at a lease rate of $1,500 every 12 months and requesting an additional (3).
