BACKGROUND
The Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 is based on a budget of $9,532,112.00. The allocation is as follows:
CDBG: $7,226,312.00
HOME: $1,647.461.00
ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant): $ 658,339.00

A draft copy of the Annual Workplan was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office and County website for a thirty-day comment period beginning on March 28, 2016 and ending on April 26, 2016. All comments received will be noted in the final work plans submitted to HUD.
