Requesting approval to increase purchase order issued to Financial Edge on September 29, 2015 to include costs for onsite consultation.

BACKGROUND

 The Urban County Program requests onsite visit with the purpose of allowing staff to work and test in the Financial Edge database environment together with the Financial Edge Consultant. The total cost for this onsite visit is $5,841.00. The nature of onsite/hands on would be constructive to the Financial Edge database users and decision makers for this project implementation. The onsite consulting hours is for (3) days and involves the following;

          - review database configuration
          - review database functionality
          - review reporting setup and options
          - other consulting as time allows
