Requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Edcouch FY’s 26 & 27 (2013 & 2014) work plans. The amendment will add new streets and the following scope of work: the overlay/reconstruction of streets including but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity.

A Public Hearing was held on July 5, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Edcouch approved the program amendment for its FY’s 26 & 27 (2013 & 2014):

FY 26 (2013)
The proposed amendment will add the following scope of work: the overlay/reconstruction of Adkins St. (From Railroad St. to FM 1015), Crenshaw St. (from FM 1015 to Hill St. and from Industrial to S. Railroad St.), Vida Mia Dr. (from Industrial to end of Cul-de- sac), Industrial St. (from SH 107 to Crenshaw St.), Ester St. (from SH 107 to Missouri St.), Missouri St. (from Hill St. to Industrial St.) and all streets within L.D. Morgan’s Addition Subdivision, including but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity. Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, surveying, geotechnical and construction material testing fees, etc.


FY 27 (2014)
The proposed amendment will add the following scope of work: the overlay/reconstruction of Adkins St. (From Railroad St. to FM 1015), Crenshaw St. (from FM 1015 to Hill St. and from Industrial to S. Railroad St.), Vida Mia Dr. (from Industrial to end of Cul-de- sac), Industrial St. (from SH 107 to Crenshaw St.), Ester St. (from SH 107 to Missouri St.), Missouri St. (from Hill St. to Industrial St.) and all streets within L.D. Morgan’s Addition Subdivision, including but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity.
