1. The Urban County Program is requesting approval of Change Order # 7 to a Construction Contract with VG Vanguard Engineering, LLC for the Hoehn Subdivision Project.

2. Consideration and approval to authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with Change Orders and/or Amendments pertaining to the Hoehn Subdivision Project.

BACKGROUND

This change order is being recommended by the Project Engineer and will increase the contract amount by $51,000.00 after determination that an additional 50 sanitary sewer connections were necessary.

Funding of Change Order No. 7 will be provided by City of McAllen, Public Utility Board

Current Contract Amount $1,223,170.75
Change Order Amount:    $     51,000.00
Total Contract Amount:   $1,274,170.75
