3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ________________________ for the provision of engineering services for an Urban County Program Year 29 (2016) San Juan, Street Improvements project.

 Project consists of the re-construction of several streets to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity and any related appurtenances.
