BACKGROUND
Project consists of the construction of a parking lot at the Peñitas Public Library, including adjacent/abutting streets, within the same general vicinity and any related appurtenances. Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, surveying, geo-technical and construction material testing fees, etc.
