Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court approved authority to negotiate contract with the firm of South Texas Infrastructure, Group, LLC for the purpose of professional engineering services for the 2015 Peñitas Street Improvement Project. See attached negotiated contract and Work Authorization No. 1.
