3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of _________________________ for the provision of  engineering services for an Urban County Program Year 29 (2016) Granjeno Parks, Recreational Facility Improvement project.

Project consists of the continued development and construction of Granjeno Park - Phase II to include items not completed in Phase I such as the construction of a vented hexagon canopy with electrical outlets, kiosk square single post, basketball court, sand volleyball court, purchase and installation of exercise and fitness work out stations and the purchase and installation of park equipment (to include but not limited to a playscapes, swing set, plastic timbers, surfacing material, picnic tables, benches, litter receptacles, and related equipment).
