1. Heritage Crystal Clean stopped services to HC user departments on or about Sept. of this year;
2. Historic revenues to HC for this contract:
a. 2014 - $ 9,278.10
b. 2015 - $ 5,694.70
c. 2016 - $ 3,030.20 [we believe services stopped in June & July]
2. As per Heritage Crystal Clean, they are indicating that the volatility of the market was not profitable to them.
