BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court approved authority to negotiate contract with the firm of Hinojosa Engineering, Inc. for the purpose of professional engineering services for the Granjeno Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Project. See attached negotiated contract and Work Authorization No. 1.
